Staff were super friendly and nice. Always ask if there are hockey teams staying. Kids unruly and loud. Parents overheard saying " we can be as loud as we want until 11". Staff were amazingly polite. Travel hockey parents - be better than thisor book at great Wolf Lodge.
My husband and l have stayed at this Motel 6 several times and will continue to do so when visiting our son. The front desk staff is second to none; very personable and conscientious. Let’s not forget the adage “You get what you pay for.” Plenty of “bang” for our buck! Let’s keep things in perspective. One rents a room for a short period of time. Our room was clean and tidy. No complaints.

As a regular user of higher scale hotels, I had reservations about staying at the Motel for my son’s recent hockey tournament. For a no-frills accommodation, I really can’t complain. Rooms were more updated than they appear in some photos, linens and towels were perfectly white, and the motel was surprisingly quiet given there were a few youth hockey teams staying. Top tier customer service from the front staff and the general manager. Would I pick a Motel 6 in place of my regular “bougie” Hotel standard, probably not - but I wouldn’t worry about staying at this Motel 6 again if I needed to.
Motel is a little run down at the heels, nothing fancy, no breakfast but the rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, sheets and towels super clean and the internet was great. Plus, it's right across from Dairy Queen. I'm used to boutique and higher end hotels but I would definitely stay here again, great nights sleep!
Not as bad as reviews are saying about cleanliness but not the newest and cleanest. Good front desk service. And very convenient location if you need to get around Peterborough.
I enjoyed my recent stay at Motel 6 in Peterborough. The staff were friendly, courteous and had a good sense of humor. My only complaint was that after traveling for a few days a washer and dryer would’ve been nice.
This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. The rooms are clean, and quiet, mini fridge was cold. Staff is friendly and efficient! We will be back!
